Donations to US Saving Bond for Madison Buckley after loss of father!
Many have asked how they can show sympathy for the family of an old member of House Darkyard this week and after talking to a number of people we will be Donating to a US savings Bond for Madison Buckley as she learns to survives the loss of a parent.
Donations will be collected by Rebekah or Brannos for the next few weeks. We will be posting a complete list of those that have donated and the total amount of the bond. For those out of town we will be at Regular Event in Cleftlands, Valday, and Candlemas thes next 3 weekends. |

Missing Items from Pentamere Twelfth Night
MISSING: Two (2) copper balls from the music room at the Pentamerian Twelfth Night. They were with others in a wicker basket on the westwall shelf. They are very expensive to replace and presently we (RW) are being held liable for this. Check your gear, kits, baskets for these $$$ items. They may have been mistakenly taken and resting in the bottom of your pocessions.

This practice will be opposite Thursday night armouring so not to conflict with Armouring or other practices. We hope this will offer those fighters on the North Side of town a closer place to practice (Auburn Hills) and help us grow the Society and recruit from local colleges.
The best part about this site is that we have an opportunity to grow our relationship with the local church like we did with St. Charles. The church is large enough right now to run small events and sits on 7 acres and with good weather permits us to do MUCH more opportunity.

Congratulations to Sir Ostwald von Riesetoten, winning the Crown for Her Ladyship Kaye of Gordon.
Sir Ostwald defeated Iarll Anton Raghelan who was fighting for Countess Isabeau De Beauxyeau.
The finals were best two of three:
Greatsword: Anton victorious
Polearm: Ostwald victorious
Sword & Shield: Ostwald victorious
The fighting was exciting, most chivalrous, and glorious!

We were talking the other day at Dux Brannos' about the Super Middleweight (168lbs) Super Six Tourney. it is on Showtime.
This Sat Nov 21st is what I think will be the best fight of each of the six fighters facing each other in a round robin until one fighter holds all the belts. Mickell Kessler, Denmark 42-1 squares off against the USA's Olympian Andre Ward 20-0.
On regular Showtime 10pm - no need for PPV.
Enjoy - should be great!

Lord Benedict of Askerigg reports, by way of Katherina Weyssin on the Lochac email list, that Maighstir Thegn Bran na torcdubh mac Brude, fighting for Shayka Lilya bint Hizir, was the winner of the November 14, 2009 Crown Tournament in the Kingdom of Lochac.
His Highness defeated Lord Wulfgar Jarnsi'a, fighting for Mistress Louisa Lypparde de Cattone du Lac, in the final.
